Coconut Yeti Cocktail


Ladies and gentlemen, I give you the "Coconut Yeti." This creamy deliciousness is perfect for the holiday season.


Ingredients:

  • 2 oz coconut rum

  • 1 oz coffee liqueur

  • 3 oz half and half

  • vanilla frosting

  • peppermint pieces for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Rim the glass with frosting (I used store-bought frosting) so the entire rim gets well coated.

  2. Dip frosting covered rim in peppermint pieces.

  3. Pour coconut rum, coffee liqueur and half and half in a glass of ice and stir.
